1.                       Educational Qualifications

1. A Graduate from a recognized Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
2. The university / institute should be recognized / approved by Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC etc. .

• The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheets (year/semester wise or consolidated) and Degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the University showing that he/ she is a graduate as on January 01, 2023 before The date mentioned on the final year/ semester mark-sheet or Degree/ Provisional degree certificate issued by University will be reckoned as the date of passing the graduation. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University / Institute and web based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University / Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process. Candidates must therefore possess proper mark sheets and certificates before registering.

1. Computer Literacy:  Operating  and  working  knowledge  of  computer  is mandatory e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information    Technology    as    one    of    the    subjects    in    the    High School/College/Institute.

2.      Work Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks and financial service (including but not limited to Micro Finance Institutions/Non Banking Financial Companies/ Cooperative Banks/Regional Rural Banks/Fintech Companies) & Insurance

Sector. Experience should be Full time & as a permanent employee (Experience below 06 months in any organization will not be reckoned).

1. Experience through an outsourcing vendor, service provider, KPO/BPO / IT support services provider or any akin / similar entity , third party payrolls, On contract (any entity) will not be

3.      Others

Candidature of candidates against whom there is/ are adverse report regarding character, antecedents, moral turpitude etc. is also liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or termination of services, if appointed.
